Jimmy Parker Saint, age 74, of Muscle Shoals, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014, at ECM Hospital.

The visitation was Monday, June 30, 2014, at Akins Funeral Home. The funeral service was in the Chapel of Akins Funeral Home. Brother Billy Myrick and Bro. Keith Prince officiated. Interment was in Tharptown Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy B. Saint; children, Vicki Grigsby and Husband, David, Angie Burcham and husband, David, Brant Llewellyn and wife, Erica, Justin Llewellyn and wife, Ashlie, and Alison Hemdon; brother, Bums “Buckshot” Saint and and wife, Ann; grandchildren, Justin Medley, Bethany King, Ashley Grimes, Christy Gist, Matt Grigsby, Austin Jordan, Adison Burns, Brodie, Maddox, and Parker Llewellyn, and Mattilyn Hemdon; and 13 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were sons, grandsons and nephews. Honorary pallbearers were former teammates, Hank Thompson, Sactch Jones, and Pete Hill. Serving will also be Robert Irby, Howard Beale and Mark Aldridge.

Jimmy will be remembered for his quick wit, great sense of humor and his love of sports and his work.
