Wyatt Desmond Wells, 91, Russellville, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Cottage of the Shoals in Tuscumbia.

He lived all his life in Franklin County and was a member of the Isbell First United Methodist Church. He was a WWII Veteran and retired from Ford Motor Company.

The family received friends on Monday, March 31, 2014, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. The funeral service followed in the funeral home chapel with Ty Wells officiating. Burial was in Franklin Memory Gardens.

Survivors include his daughter, Kaye Swinney and husband, G. C.; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by wife, Lucille DeVaney (Judy) Wells; parents, Edward Russell and Mattie King Wells; sisters, Elizabeth Kimbrough and Stella Hyde; brothers, Russell, Claude, Charlie, Johnny, Curran, Willard, Ralph and Roy Wells.

Pallbearers were Bobby Kimbrough, Donnie Duncan, Kip Wells, Oliver Franklin, Sam Jones and David Hyde.
