Ashley Faye Vandiver, 29, Russellville, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012, at Russellville Hospital.

She lived most of her life in Franklin County and was a member of the Nazarene Church.

Funeral services were Friday, Sept. 8, 2012, 11 a.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with Glenn Mayfield officiating. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Survivors include children, Breanna Eaton, Phil Campbell, Emily Black and Jaylee Black, both of Russellville; father, Randy Vandiver, Littleville; mother, Linda Gable and husband, John, Russellville; grandparents, Tom and Carolyn Vandiver, Phil Campbell; brothers, T. J. Vandiver and wife, Melissa, Russellville, Jake Vandiver, Littleville; aunt, Denise Hester, Russellville; uncles, Brad Vandiver, Phil Campbell, Bobby Hargett and wife, Dian, Tuscumbia; nephew, T. J. Vandiver, Jr., Russellville.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, Jualean Parrish, Johnny and Lucy Hargett.
