Rhonda Thomas, 62, Russellville, passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2012, at her residence.

She attended Murray State College on a marksman scholarship where she was an All-American and held 27 NRA records.

She is survived by her husband, Ray Thomas, of Russellville; mother, Maybelle Rothrock, of Heyward, Ca.; stepson, Nick Thomas, of Iuka, Miss.; stepdaughter, Marnie Weaver and husband, Donny, of Florence; brother, Walter Thomas Rothrock, of Heyward, Ca.; and grandchildren, Garrett, Alyssa and Alex Weaver.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Rothrock.

The funeral service will be Saturday, July 7, 2012, at 3 p.m. at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, Miss., with Bro. Jimmy Daniel and Rev. Mary Lou Tickell officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to any local Shriner’s Hospital or animal charity.
