The following indictments were returned by a recent session of the Franklin County grand jury.

• Terry Wayne Ball, Jr., 25, 655 Hamilton St., Russellville, two counts of first-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia
• John Jesse Barker, 38, 314 Peachtree St., Vina, unlawful possession of controlled substance, public intoxication,  disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and resisting arrest
• Kevin Allen Barrett, 21, 11515 Franklin 19, Vina, second-degree assault
• Albert Lee Braly, 58, 1326 N. Washington Ave., Russellville, second-degree receiving stolen property
• Calin Todd Matthew Bulls, 23, 1305 Sunnyside St., Florence, first-degree receiving stolen property, third-degree escape,  driving under the influence of alcohol, third-degree criminal mischief,  third-degree theft of property, driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked, improper tires and expired tag
