Red Bay falls to Section in championship game

J.R. Tidwell/FCT The Red Bay Lady Tigers hold up their second place trophy after the championship game Friday evening.

The Red Bay Lady Tigers were defeated by the Section Lady Tigers 54-49 in the girl’s 2A state championship game in Birmingham tonight.

Red Bay fought from behind for most of the game and managed to take the lead late, but were unable to hold off the Lady Lions.
