Helen Bowlin Comeens, 71, of Phil Campbell, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at her residence.

She was a member of the Living Hope Church.

Funeral services were held Friday, April 1, 2011 at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Mickey Crane officiating.  Burial was in Franklin Memory Gardens.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Pauline Bowlin; granddaughter, Mandy Timmons; one brother, and three sisters.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years; Darell Comeens; children, Judy Timmons and husband, Milton, Steve Raper, Brenda Glasgow and husband, J.R., Linda Lindsey and husband, Randy; step-daughter, Judy Hyre and husband, Philip; grandchildren, Joshua Timmons, Amber Compton, Brad Lindsey, Rick Lindsey, Nick Raper, David Raper, Eric Glasgow, Lesley Glasgow, Randy Lee; great-grandchild, Taylor Lindsey; sisters, June Roper, Ruth Bowlin, Wilma Dotson, Barbara Harrell; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The pallbearers will be her grandsons.
