Boyles completes training at UA Law School
The course was an in-depth study of the law administered by Probate Judges in the following areas: probate of wills, administration of estates, commitments to mental facilities,adoptions, guardianships, conservatorships, eminent domain, election laws, real estate, and general courtroom procedure.
Bob McCurley, Director of the Alabama Law Institute stated, “This course offers judges the opportunity to be advised of new case law and statutory changes, as well as the legal procedures affecting their job.”
This course was conducted in nine sessions of two or three days each over the past four years.
