BREAKING NEWS: Wreck victim identified

Authorities have identified a Franklin County woman killed in an early Thursday morning car crash.
Officials with the Alabama State Troopers Post said 78 year-old Willodene Hester, of 1425 Franklin 48, was killed when the 1997 Buick she was driving was struck as she pulled out of her driveway about 7:50 a.m.
Hester's husband, 80 year-old Jimmy Hester, was injured in the crash.
Officials said that 76 year-old Donald Steele, of 2243 Franklin 48, was the driver of the other vehicle.
Both Steele and Jimmy Hester were transported to Russellville Hospital.
The wreck occurred in the Pleasant Ridge community, which is between Russellville and Tharptown.
