Stephanie Dunets Pickard, 78, of Phil Campbell, Ala., passed away Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2009, at Russellville Hospital.
She was a native of New York but had lived in this area for the past 23 years. She was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church in Phil Campbell and was a retired postal clerk.
The funeral service will be Saturday, Feb. 28 at 2 p.m. at Mt. View Baptist Church in Phil Campbell with Sammy Taylor officiating. Burial was in Phil Campbell Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, William Michael Pickard and Richard David Pickard; sister, Jessica Koyi; and brother, Robert Dunets.
Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville assisted the family.
Laurence Daniel "Larry" Feary

Laurence Daniel "Larry" Fear, 96, of Streamwood, Ill., formerly of Russellville, Ala., passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2009, at St. Alexis Hospital.
Funeral services were Saturday, Feb. 28 at Spry Memorial Chapel in Russellville with Rev. Farris officiating. Interment was in Mountain Home Cemetery in Belgreen.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane Feary, and parents, Daniel and Katie Feary.
He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen Gooby and husband Richard of Streamwood, Ill., and grandchildren, Jane and Danny Gooby.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VITAS Hospice Care, 580 Waters Edge, Lombard, IL 60148 or the American Heart Association, Greater Midwest Affiliate, Memorials and Tributes Lockbox, 3816 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674.
Countryside Funeral Home in Streamwood, Ill., and Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
