It's never good to hear of job losses in the region

Times are tough around the country, and Franklin County certainly has not been spared from the pain of a struggling economy and absurd gas prices.
Companies and households have been forced to make tough decisions.
News that Tiffin Motorhomes has been forced to make cuts is certainly devastating to the company, but certainly so for those who have been laid off.
Hopefully our country will soon rebound and people can resume the lives they once knew.
Until that time, unfortunately, we may see more cuts at other plants. We certainly hope not.
As a community we must look for ways to pull through these times and lean on one another.
If not, the immediate future appears bleak.
