RHS yearbook featured in national work

The upcoming edition of a nation-wide publication of yearbook samples will include some local works.
The 2003-2004 Russellville High School yearbook will be featured in the 2005 Yearbook Yearbook, which will be distributed across the country as an example for other schools.
The RHS annual was given an Award of Excellence in yearbook design and coverage by Taylor Publishing Company.
Less than five percent of the yearbooks nationwide are selected for the honor, Palmberg said.
Yearbooks published by Taylor for the 2003-2004 school year were evaluated for excellence in one or more of the following areas: cover design, theme development and page design.
Last year's editor-in-chief was Leah Parker, who is now a freshman at the University of North Alabama.
