Roberts, Dean

Christy Dean and Lee C. Roberts Jr., both of Meridian, were married Saturday, July 17, 2004, at the home of Patty Roberts, with the Rev. Roy Dabbs officiating.
Parents of the couple are Carole Thompson and the late Buddy Thompson and Patty Roberts and the late Lee C. Roberts Sr., all of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bride are Queenie Thompson and the late Roy Thompson, and Herman and Willie Vaughn and the late Mary Vaughn, all of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are the late Clyde "Cocky" Roberts and Eula Roberts of Meridian, and the late Mr. and Mrs. H.L. Callihan of Batesville.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Lauren Roberts.
The bride wore a floor-length ivory satin sheath dress with tulle overlay. The dress featured spaghetti straps and a cowl-draped bodice. The bride carried a bouquet of red roses.
J.T. Dean of Meridian served as ring bearer.
A reception was held following the ceremony.
After a honeymoon in the Western Caribbean, the couple resides in Lauderdale County.
