Rose Hill issues boil water notice

Customers of Rose Hill Water Association in northeast Jasper County are under a boil water notice because of an electrical failure and subsequent loss of pressure. Anyone who receives their water from Rose Hill should boil it for one minute before drinking or cooking with the water.
