Proctor, Dear

Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Wilkes of Meridian, and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Proctor of Panama City, Fla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Lori Michelle Proctor, to Billy Dear, son of Mr. and Mrs. Talmadge Dear of Hickory.
The wedding will be Saturday Aug. 2, 2003, at 5 p.m. at State Boulevard Baptist Church.
Miss Proctor is the granddaughter of Mildred Proctor of Texakarna, Texas, and Blanche Williams of Meridian.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and is attending Final Touch Beauty School in Meridian.
She is employed by Great Southern National Bank.
Mr. Dear is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. W.C. Dear of Hickory, and Elizabeth Lovorn of Columbus.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Heidelberg Academy. He is employed by Ratcliff Electric.
A reception will be held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony.
