Anderson, Derrick

Albert Lewis and Brenda Joyce of Lake announce the engagement of their daughter, Lasherish Anderson, to Larry Keshawn Derrick, son of Larry Jo and Joann Derrick of Forest.
The wedding will be Saturday, May 15, 2004, at 3 p.m. at Lynch Chapel United Methodist Church in Forest.
Miss Anderson is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wash of Lake, and the late Francis Brantley of Forest.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Lake High School and received a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Mississippi State University. Miss Anderson is attending Valdosta State University in Georgia pursuing a master's degree in public administration and city management.
She is employed by the Meridian Housing Authority as an administrative assistant.
Mr. Derrick is the grandson of Jean M. Alexander of Gulfport and the late Myrtis D. Smith of Forest.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Forest High School and received an associate's degree in engineering from East Central Community College. He is pursuing his bachelor's degree in construction engineering at the University of Southern Mississippi.
Mr. Derrick is employed by Nissan North America Inc. as a production technician.
