Retired school secretary
MACON Services for Mary Jean Terrill will be held today at 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church in Macon with the Rev. D.R. Ragsdale officiating. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery. Cockrell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Terrill, 81, of Macon, died Monday, March 8, 2004, at Noxubee General Hospital in Macon.
Survivors include her husband, Jeff Terrill; daughters, Rosemary Harrell and Tommie Harrell, all of Macon; sons, Jeff Terrill Jr. of Fulton and BoBo Terrill of Hattiesburg; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Memorial may be made to Central Academy, P.O. Box 231, Macon, MS 39341 or to a charity of choice.

Services for Bhron Walter Jordan will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Charlie White, Dale Eakes and John Heim officiating. Burial will be in Quinnelly Foundation Cemetery, formerly known as Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Cemetery, near Quitman.
Mr. Jordan, 29, of Meridian, died Saturday, March 6, 2004, in Meridian. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the Jaycees.
Survivors include his parents, James Jordan and Susan Jordan; a brother, Noah Seth Jordan; his grandmother, Bernice Lola Jackson Jordan; uncles, Joseph Ulmer Jordan and his wife, Brenda, Jerry Edward Jordan and his wife, Pat; aunts, Lois Bishop and her husband, Ray, Patty Callahan Roberts, Sylvia Teer Roberts, Linda Walker and Thelma Beddingfield Roberts; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph Fletcher Jordan, Clyde Cuthell Roberts and Eula Juanita Quinnelly; an aunt, Sandy Dukes; uncles, Lee C. Roberts Sr., Lloyd R. Roberts, Alton Wayne Roberts and Raymond L. Roberts.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

NEWTON Services for Jerry Leavell McDonald will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Scott Vaughn officiating. Burial will be in Conehatta Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mr. McDonald, 63, of Conehatta, died Tuesday, March 9, 2004, at St. Dominic's Hospital in Jackson. He was a member of Conehatta Methodist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army during Vietnam.
Survivors include his wife, Carla Farmer McDonald of Conehatta; a son, Jay McDonald and his wife, Carrie, of Conehatta; a sister, Lynn Wynne of Richland; brothers, Edwin McDonald of Yazoo City, Buck McDonald of Decatur and Danny McDonald of Conehatta; a grandson, Cameron McDonald of Conehatta; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis O. and Sina Blackburn McDonald; a sister, Martha McAllister; and a brother, Dale McDonald.
Pallbearers will be his nephews.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

BUTLER, Ala. Services for Robert Milton Cox Jr. will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Womach Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Randy Abston officiating. Burial will be in Womach Hill Cemetery. Bumpers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Cox, 80, of Gilbertown, died Monday, March 8, 2004, at Wayne County General Hospital in Waynesboro. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Brown Cox of Gilbertown; sons, Robert Michael Cox and his wife, Debbie, of Mobile and Ronnie Milton Cox and his wife, Monica, of Gallion; half-brothers, Johnny Cox of Mobile, Billy Cox of Branch and Eddie Cox of Frankville; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be today 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Services for Karen Shepperd will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at E.E. McDonald Community Chapel in Meridian with the Rev. Greg Williams officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery.
Ms. Shepperd, 50, of Oakland, Calif., died Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at Kindred End Care Home in California.
Survivors include her son, Edward H. Tureaud of Atlanta; her mother, Catherine Shepperd; a brother, Eric Shepperd and a sister, Carol Johnson, all of Meridian; two granddaughters, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be today 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at E.E. McDonald Community Chapel in Meridian.
