PHILADELPHIA Graveside services for Adeline Willis Hill will be held Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery in Neshoba County. McClain-Hays Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hill, 89, of Athens, Tenn., died Wednesday, May 14, 2003, at Athens Regional Medical Center. A 20-year resident of Athens, she was a former resident of Philadelphia. She was the daughter of the late John Logan and Willie Reynolds Willis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Irma C. Hill. She was a member of Keith Memorial United Methodist Church and was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church of Philadelphia for many years. She was a graduate of Mississippi College and a member of the D.A.R. She was a first grade school teacher for 20 years in the Philadelphia School System.
Survivors include a daughter Susan Woods and her husband, Dr. John E. Woods of Englewood, Tenn.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert H. and Judith Hill of Springfield, Va., and Thomas Logan and Rosie Hill of Edwards; five granddaughters, four grandsons and seven great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be made to Keith Memorial United Methodist Church in Athens.
Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
QUITMAN Services for Clara Smith will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home Chapel in Quitman. Burial will be in Little Zion Cemetery.
Mrs. Smith, 81, of Quitman, died Monday, May 12, 2003, in Quitman.
Survivors include her daughters, Clara Donald, Bernice Clark and Willie Mae Marshall, all of Quitman, Katie Ford of Enterprise and Georgia Crowe, of Stonewall; sons, Glenn H. Marshall of Alexandria, La. and Willie Marshall Jr. of Quitman and a brother, Curtis Pascley, of Melvin, Ala.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Visitation will be Saturday from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Services for Amelia Lynch will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at St. John Baptist Church with the Rev. Jimmy Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Clark's Memorial Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Lynch, 94, of Meridian, died Thursday, May 15, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include a son, Clifton Lynch and Josephine Faulk of Manhattan, N.Y.; a daughter, Asrean Jamison of Chicago; two brothers, Jim Ollis Mays of Bronx, N.Y., and Frank Joseph Mays of Meridian; three grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Gold Mays; and her husband, Calvin Lynch.
Visitation will be Sunday from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. at the funeral home.
PHILADELPHIA Graveside services for Charles "Keith" Crews were held Thursday at noon at Cedarlawn Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Eugene Dobbs officiating. McClain-Hays Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his father, Charles Neill Crews of Rosharon, Texas; his mother, Barbara Branning Wood of Pearland, Texas; a sister, Mina Cauthen of Beach City, Texas; paternal grandmother, Lulgene Crews of Friendswood, Texas, formerly of Philadelphia; maternal grandmother, Bernice Wall of Meridian.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Arvest Crews.

Arrangements were incomplete at Clark's Memorial Funeral Home for George Henry Lee Jr., 46, of Meridian, who died Thursday, May 15, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
Arrangements were incomplete at Berry &Gardner Funeral Home for Alfred Howard, 69, of Meridian, who died Wednesday, May 14, 2003, at his home.
