PHILADELPHIA Services for Mozelle Burkes Skinner will be held today at 11 a.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel with the Rev. Herschel Kilpatrick officiating. Burial will be in Herbert Cemetery in Neshoba County.
Mrs. Skinner, 83, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, May 11, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include her daughter, Charlene Rhodes of Philadelphia; sons, Willis Brooks Skinner of Linconton, Ga. and Billy Joe Skinner of Philadelphia; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, W.N. "Brewer" Skinner.
Services for Melissa Jennings will be held today at 11 a.m. at Mt. Siani Baptist Church with the Rev. J.R. Jennings officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Methodist Church Cemetery. Berry and Gardner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Jennings, 39, of Meridian, died Friday, May 9, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
Survivors include her daughter, Ceria Jennings and a son, Ataria Jennings; her parents, Louis and Johnnie M. Jennings, all of Bailey; sisters, Rosa Leflore of Bailey and Bonnie Barney of Detroit; brothers, Everett Jennings Jr., Richard Jennings, and Robert Jennings, all of Meridian, The Rev. J.R. Jennings and Wilbert Jennings, both of Bailey.
QUITMAN Services for Zachary Thomas Childress will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Clarence Tillman officiating. Burial will be in Houston City Cemetery.
Mr. Childress, 27, of the Causeyville Community, died Saturday, May 10, 2003, in Meridian.
Survivors include his wife, Casey Childress; a daughter, Bayley Morris, both of Causeyville; his mother, Pat Southerland and her husband, Duane, of Dunlap, Tenn.; his father, Thomas Childress and his wife, Ricki, of Olive Branch; a sister, Deana Collums of Hernando; and his maternal grandparents, Mary and Ed Burgess of Houston.
Visitation will be today beginning at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Services for Louise Tomerlin Smith will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Jeff Hancock and James Williams officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
Mrs. Smith, 77, of Meridian, died Sunday, May 11, 2003, in her home. She was a retired civil service employee at Naval Air Station Meridian. She was a member of First Church of God.
Survivors include her aunt, Lillie Mae Frazier of Meridian; her uncle, Willie J. McDonald and his wife, Ruth, of Vidalia, Ga.; a daughter-in-law, Anne Smith of Crystal Springs and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin D.L. Smith and a son, Gary M. Smith.
Pallbearers will be Rich Prescott, Leslie Anderson, Lenard Eubanks, Mike Eubanks, Leroy Corley and Marvin McNail.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

SEBASTOPOL Services for Lillie Lynn Sam will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Carthage with the Rev. Eugene Tubby officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Milling Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Sam, 56, of Carthage, died Sunday, May 11, 2003, at University Medical Center in Jackson.
Survivors include her daughter, Melinda Kopaddy of Carthage; sons, Ricky Lewis and Ralph Sam, both of Carthage; sisters, Emma Willis and Wilma Lewis, both of Carthage, Elenaor Torralba of Oklahoma and Chrisitine Willis of Philadelphia and Jeanette Willis; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Services for Lonzo Jackson will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Greater Mt. Hermon Baptist Church with the Rev. R.L. McDonald officiating. Burial will be in Friendly Cemetery in Marion with Berry and Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Jackson, 79, of Meridian, died Thursday, May 8, 2003, in his home.
Survivors include his wife, Mattie Jackson of Meridian; a daughter, Barbara Hubbard of Pasadena, Calif.; a brother, Eddie Jackson of Detroit and five grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be Wednesday 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Services for Lillie M. Williams were held Monday at 2 p.m. at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. J.W. Perrien Jr. officiating. Burial was in Sunset Cemetery.
Mrs. Williams, 91, of Meridian, died Sunday, May 4, 2003, at Lakeside Living Center in Quitman.
Survivors include her sister, Edna Jones of Sacramento, Calif. and three nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
