Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert William Carpenter announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Anne to Adam Ezell Webb, son of Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Page Webb Sr. of Butler,Ala.
The wedding will be Saturday, May 3, 2003, in Orange Beach, Ala.
Miss Carpenter is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Kenneth Spader Jr., and Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Milton Carpenter, all of Birmingham, Ala.
The bride-elect is a graduate of University of Alabama and is employed by Merrill Lynch in Birmingham.
Mr. Webb is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Baker Ezell of Lisman, Ala., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Lee Webb of Butler.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is employed with Drummond Company Inc. in Birmingham.
