Maternal grandparents are Randolph and Jean Savell of Philadelphia.
Mrs. Dulay is the former Amy Savell.
Shanna Bland and Charles Ford of Toomsuba announce the birth of a daughter, Zakalya Shanae, on March 31, 2003, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Ginny and Tommy Jones of Decatur announce the birth of a son, Thomas Cole, on March 31, 2003, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Jones is the former Ginny Craft.
Beth and Dave Little of Meridian announce the birth of a daughter, Megan Elizabeth, on March 31, 2003, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Little is the former Beth Chandler.
Ashley Ivy of Meridian announces the birth of a daughter, Niesha Ariana, on March 31, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Maternal grandparents are Elizabeth and Joe Ivy of Meridian.
Steve and Janice McGrew of Lake announce the birth of a son, James Henry, on March 31, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Paternal grandparents are Joyce McGrew of Lake and the late Charles McGrew.

Mrs. McGrew is the former Janice Fay Wiltcher.
