Neshoba Central takes 11-0 win over Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA The Lady Rockets of Neshoba Central banged out 15 hits on the way to a convincing 11-0 win over Philadelphia on Thursday night.
Neshoba Central plays host to No. 1 ranked New Hope High School at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Kady Chandler ripped two triples and drove in four runs to lead Neshoba against Philly, while Whitney White had three hits and Lindsey Smith ripped a single and a double.
Jessi Nowell had a triple and a single and Amber Dean added two singles.
Neshoba took a 2-0 lead in the top of the first, then added four runs in the third and five in the fourth.
Philadelphia had five hits.
