Rodney and Kim Rhodes of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica, to Davey Walker, son of Ricky and Crystal Walker of Collinsville.
The wedding will be Saturday, May 25, 2002, at 11 a.m. at Hebron Baptist Church in Causeyville.
Miss Rhodes is the granddaughter of Jessie and Joy Trantham, and the late Ed and Evlyn Rhodes, all of Blytheville, Ark.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Southeast Lauderdale High School and attended Meridian Community College. She is employed at Union Planters Bank.
Mr. Walker is the grandson of Tommy and Barbara Scarbrough of Martin, and Clyde and Ellen Walker of Collinsville.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of West Lauderdale High School. He is employed by the Mississippi Department of Transportation.
A reception will be held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony. Family and friends are invited to attend.
