MINNIE VIRGINIA SANDERSON
MILLRY, Ala. Services for Minnie Virginia Sanderson will be held today at 2 p.m. at Millry Assembly of God with the Rev. Johnny Carter officiating. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery with Phillips Funeral Home of Millry in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Sanderson, 68, of Millry, died Thursday, April 25, 2002 in Chatom.
Survivors include her husband, Sam L. Sanderson, three sons, Glenn Newell, Bryant Sanderson and Garry Sanderson, all of Millry; three daughters, Anita Talley of Stuart, Miss.; Belinda Massey and Candice Sanderson, both of Millry; a brother, Walter L. Boykin of Pascagoula, Miss.; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Retired from Burlington Industries
Services for Louise McCarty will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Cokes Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Curtis Walker officiating. Burial will be in Cokes Chapel Cemetery with Berry &Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. McCarty, 75, of Vossburg, died Friday, April 26, 2002, at the Specialty Hospital of Meridian.
Survivors include her son, Robert McCarty and his wife, Anntwinet, of Quitman, 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Berry &Gardner Funeral Home in Quitman.
CLIFTON CUMBERLAND
Retired
PHILADELPHIA Services for Clifton "Kitty" Cumberland were held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Bond Baptist Church with the Revs. Hubert Yates and Terry Hall officiating. Burial will be in Bond Cemetery. McClain-Hays Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Cumberland, 86, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, April 25, 2002, at Heartfelt Hospice in Meridian. He was a retired employee of U.S. Motors, a retired farmer and a veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie K. Cumberland; three sons, Ray Cumberland, of Pelahatchie; Don Cumberland and Tim Cumberland, all of Philadelphia; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Avie Poe of Philadelphia and Elvie Burton of Ridgeland; and two brothers, Herbert Cumberland and Norman Cumberland, both of Philadelphia.
