Paternal grandparents are Bobby and Linda Spears of Philadelphia.
Maternal grandparents are Horace and Virginia Griffith of Philadelphia.
Mrs. Spears is the former Pamela Griffith.
Tawanda Fortson and Cleveland Williams II of Meridian announce the birth of a son, Cleveland Williams III, on Oct. 31, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
