Thrash, Nowell

Joey and Patsy Thrash of Philadelphia announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Elizabeth, to Barry Christopher Nowell, son of Richard and Brenda Nowell of Philadelphia.
The couple will exchange vows Saturday, Aug. 4, 2001, at 2 p.m. in Ocobla Baptist Church.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of George and Syble Thrash of Philadelphia; Virginia Butler of Meridian and the late Grady Butler. She is the great granddaughter of Ivah Rainer of Meridian.
Miss Thrash is a graduate of Neshoba Central High School and is currently attending East Central Community College.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Billie and Jean Nowell of Philadelphia and Leonard and Ann Dean of Meridian.
Mr. Nowell is a graduate of Philadelphia High School and is currently attending East Central Community College.
A reception will be held in the church's Family Life Center following the ceremony. Family and friends are invited to attend .
