OBITUARIES FOR FRIDAY, JUNE 29, 2001

AVOY SMITH PENDLETON
LOUISVILLE Services for Avoy Smith Pendleton will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Tilghman Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Franklin Smith and Fred Frazier officiating. Burial will be in Indian Springs Assembly of God Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Pendleton, 64, of Noxapater, died Thursday, June 28, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include her mother, Velma Kemp Smith of Noxapater; two daughters, Anita Marie Seigfreid and Wanda Kay Wilson, both of Louisville; two sons, Jimmy Earl Bidwell and Michael Eugene Pendleton, both of Noxapater; a sister, Mary Edna House of Meridian; four brothers, Quavis Smith, E.T. Smith, Z.A. Brantley Smith and John David Smith, all of Noxapater; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Angel Marie Dunaway and her husband, Charles Thomas Pendleton.
Visitation will be today from 6 p.m.-10 p.m. at the funeral home.
CHARLIE WELLS BRACKEEN

UNION Services for Charlie Wells Brackeen will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Decatur United Methodist Church with the Revs. Billy Owen and H.G. Winstead officiating. Burial will be in Union City Cemetery with Stephens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Brackeen, 42, of Union, died Wednesday, June 27, 2001, in his home.
Survivors include a son, Dillon Wells Brackeen and his parents, Denver and Charlotte Brackeen, all of Union; a brother, Morgan Brackeen of New York; and his maternal grandmother, Ethel M. Wells of Philadelphia.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Clarence Wells and his paternal grandparents, William Marion and Vera Hurst Brackeen.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
WILLIE B. TOOLE
Services for Willie B. Toole will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Springhill Baptist Church in Kewanee with the Revs. Randy Hopkins and Jerry Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Enterprise Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Toole, 87, of Toomsuba, died Saturday, June 23, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include four sons, Robert Toole of Chino, Calif., Edward Earl Toole of Marino Valley, Calif., James Louis Toole of Los Angeles and Arthur Bernard Toole of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; three daughters, Willie Mae Toole Snaer of Meridian, Texanna Toole Davis of Sunnyvale, Calif., and Jamela "Nettie" Toole of Altadina, Calif.; a sister, Vergie Shannon of Meridian; seven stepsons, William Reed of Toomsuba, Walter Reed of Jackson, Henry Reed of Vallejo, Calif., the Rev. Thomas Reed of Tampa, Fla., Melvin Reed of Texas, Nathaniel Reed of Sacramento, Calif.; four stepdaughters, Gladys Reed Harris of Tampa, Geraldine Reed Shamburger of Folson, Calif., Earline Reed of Vallejo and Lorene Reed Portis of Cuba, Ala.; 16 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two wives, Annie Mae Toole and Beatrice Reed Toole.
Visitation will be today from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
MARY LOU ROBINSON
SEBASTOPOL Services for Mary Lou Robinson will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Bogue Chitto Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Doby Henry officiating. Burial will be Robinson Cemetery with Milling Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Robinson, 67, of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, June 27, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include three daughters, Shirley Jefferson, Gloria Hickman and Linda McMillian, a sister, Delphia Willis, four brothers, Nelson Isaac, O.D. Isaac, Charles Isaac and Johnnie Isaac, three stepsons, Robert Bell, Truman Bell and Jessie Bell, all of Philadelphia; four stepdaughters, Allie Mae Isaac of Chicago, Nannie Ruth Whitman of Latamier, Montana, Ruby Thomas and Velma Wesley, both of Philadelphia; a special nephew, James Isaac; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Maggie Isaac; her first husband, Tom Bell and second husband, Maude Robinson.
ELIZABETH "LIZZIE" IRBY
Services for Elizabeth "Lizzie" Irby will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Mt. Horem Baptist Church in Whynot with the Rev. Alvin Blanks officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Clark's Memorial Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Irby, 97, of Sandflat, died Tuesday, June 19, 2001, in Los Angeles.
Survivors include 10 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 25 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Olevia Blanks.
Visitation will be Sunday from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
HUBERT MCWILLIAMS
Retired taxi driver with Meridian Cab Company
Services for Hubert "Sharecropper" McWilliams will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Enterprise Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bishop Alm's Cemetery.
Mr. McWilliams, 76, of Meridian, died Monday, June 25, 2001, in his home.
Survivors include two daughters, Sonya Rosetta McWilliams Stokes and Linda McWilliams Singleton, both of Meridian; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Visitation will be Sunday from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
