Maternal grandparents are Melvin and Gail Young of Meridian.
A daughter, Page Carolyn Garrard, was born May 29, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center to Jason Garrard and Christina Winters of Noxapater.
Paternal grandparents are Treasia and Phillip Smallwood of Loganville, Ga. and Lamar Garrard of Louisville.
Maternal grandparents are Larry and Kim Winters of Noxapater.
