Lady Bobcats outscore Lady Bulldogs

The Phil Campbell Lady Bobcats outscored the Belgreen Lady Bulldogs in each of the first three quarters and coasted to a 56-44 win last Tuesday.

The Bobcats led 30-17 at the end of the first half. They extended their lead to 48-27 at the end of the third quarter. Phil Campbell had two players in double figures. Elizabeth Benford scored 19 points and was followed by Vickie McAlister with 12 points. Other Bobcats scoring were Taylor Pace (9), Madison Hardy (7), Tori Pace (7), and Leah Gunderman (2).

Belgreen was led by Jasmine Martin’s 12 points and Allyson Bragwell’s 10 points. Other Bulldogs in the scoring column were Nicole Borden (7), Alex Miller (6), Brooke Williams (3), Lexie Bragwell (3), and Shellie Barber (3).
