Betty Lee Mayfield, 66, Phil Campbell, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012, at Russellville Hospital.

She lived most of her life in Colbert County.

Survivors include her children, James (Monty) Mayfield, Jr., Phil Campbell, Angela Hatton, Leighton, Missy Harrison, Leighton, Rina Bailey, Littleville, Alison Horton, Spruce Pine; sisters, Nell Holt, Littleville, Pauline Thorn, Phil Campbell, Pat Alexander, Waterloo, Mary Priest, Waterloo; brothers, Buddy Priest, Waterloo, John Priest, Waterloo; grandchildren, Heather, Haley and Heath Hatton, Alex and Savannah Hamilton, Luke and BreeAnn Bailey, Ashley Horton; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by husband, James Mayfield; parents, Paul and Ruby Priest; sister, Lisa O’Kelley.
