Approve alcohol sales, but restrict locations

Voting NO on the referendum for legalizing alcohol in Russellville will not stop the use of alcohol. All it will do is keep our money going into Colbert County.

All you need to do is go into Littleville and check the license plates at B&B package store or Yogi’s gas station where beer is sold.

Bring the money into Russellville.

I don’t want a “beer joint” on every corner, but it would be nice to have a glass of wine with my meal at a nice restaurant.

If it passes, and I hope it will, put restrictions on its use. Only by the drink at a restaurant. No package stores near a church would virtually eliminate them from downtown.

Make people drive to Hwy. 43. Keep our money in Russellville.
