Delivery changes

The Franklin County Times will make every attempt to make sure that our Wednesday print edition arrives at your home on schedule.

However, with road conditions as they are, some delays may be unavoidable. Some rural areas may not receive their paper until Thursday. Boxes in some outerlying areas also may not be filled until road conditions on Wednesday. We regret and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
