RPL holds summer reading program activities

The Russellville Public Library held a special event in its 2023 series of summer reading program events July 21. Marquita Wilson from the Kids & Kin program spoke to the parents and children about the community services offered.
 Afterward, the children received hair tinsel and air brushed tattoos. They ended the program with a visit from the Oliver Creamery ice cream truck.
