Mayford Jay Duboise, 52, Russellville, passed away Friday, March 23, 2012, at his residence.
Funeral services were Sunday, March 25, 2012, at Liberty Chapel Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Orbie Pierce, Rev. Brian Fuller and Mr. Larry Plott officiating. Interment was in the adjoining cemetery.
Pallbearers were Jeff Massey, Carter Watkins, Darryl Rambo, Larry Plott, John Wise, Myles Duboise and Howard Sullivan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Elton Duboise and Syble Sullivan Duboise.
He leaves to cherish his memory brothers; James Dorman Duboise and wife, Chaluay, Delmer Duboise and wife, Lavon, Teddy Duboise and Terry Duboise; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The family expresses their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Lyman Mitchell, Gentiva Home Health, special nurse and friend Danielle Franks, all his friends and neighbors.
