Zaxton Wayne Motes, infant son of Stevie and Christian Motes, Phil Campbell, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2011, at Helen Keller Hospital.
Funeral services were Tuesday, May 31, 2011, p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with Elvis Tidwell officiating. Burial was in Blue Springs Cemetery, Phil Campbell.
Other survivors include grandparents, Anthony Hill, Dana Mays, April and Donnie Hamm and Stevie Motes; great-grandparents, Milton and Josephine Ergle, Anthony and Kaye Madden, David Welch, Steve and Nadine Motes, Roy and Brenda Knight; uncles, Blake Hill, Blake Motes, Stuart Motes, Cory Hamm; aunts, Jamie Hill, Madeline Motes; other survivors, Keith, Elesha, Miles and Rylee Ergle, Tristen Hamm, Jason and Misty Riggs.
He was preceded in death by grandpa, Anthony Wayne Hill.
