Susie Wallace Green, 55, of Mt. Star, passed away Monday, May 9, 2011, at UAB Hospital.
She lived her entire life in Franklin County and was a member of Alva Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Mt. Star.  She was a loan officer for Citi Financial.
The funeral service will be Thursday, May 12, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Alva Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Jeff Fleming and Dennis Steward officiating.  Burial will follow in Gravel Hill Cemetery.  The body will be placed in the church prior to the service from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Green, of Mt. Star; son, Chad Green and wife, Summer; daughter, Shellie Green Stockton and husband, Chess, all of Russellville; mother, Faye Wallace Marston, of Littleville; brother, Sammy Wallace, of Loretto, Tenn.; grandchildren, Dacota Green, Lily Green and Ridge Stockton; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Derek Ergle, Jake Ward, Duncan Ward, Ray Fleming, Hayden Fleming, Isaac Fleming, Micah Fleming and Chess Stockton.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harvey “Boozer” Wallace.
