Kenneth Ray Paden, 79, of Jumpertown, Miss. passed away May 3, 2011 at Magnolia Regional Health Center, Corinth, Miss. He was a native of Tishomingo County, Miss. and was a truck driver in the logging industry for 20 years.
Funeral services were held Friday, May 6, 2011 at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, Ala. with Bro. W.C. Alexander and Bro. Robbie Johnson officiating. Burial was in Berry Cemetery, in Vina, Ala.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Hazel Scott Paden, of Jumpertown, Miss.; one son, Ray Paden and wife, Loretta, of Belmont, Miss.; two daughters, June Attaway and husband, Larry, of Red Bay, Ala. and Jaunita Wildmon and husband, Gerald, of Booneville, Miss.; two sisters, Reba Swindle, of Corinth, Miss. and Sybil Haber, of Golden, Miss.; three brothers, Floyd Paden and wife, Jean and Charles Paden and wife, Becky, all of Golden, Miss. and Earl Paden and wife, Dimple, of Red Bay, Ala.; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Minnie Paden; and two brothers, Cecil Paden and Grady Paden.
Pallbearers were Derek Attaway, Jerry Blackburn, Joshua Henley, Mark Tessener, Blake Webb and Brian Paden.
