Ralph Almon McCann, 79, of Russellville, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at his residence.
Mr. McCann was a native of Franklin County, a member of Alva Chapel Baptist Church, and a member of Masonic Lodge #371, Russellville. He was retired from Metal Exchange as Vice-President of Sales. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Funeral services were held Friday, April 29, 2011 at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel in Russellville with Keith Prince, Dennis Stewart and Jeff Fleming officiating. Burial was in Franklin Memory Gardens.
He is survived by his wife, Frances McCann, of Russellville; sons, Ralph David McCann and wife, Lynn, of Russellville, and Elmer Dale McCann and wife, Wendy, of Venice, Fla.; brother, Patran McCann and wife, Betty, of Louisiana; sister, Patricia Wilks and husband, Wayne, of Corpus, Texas; grandchildren, Josh, Melissa, Jacob, Dominque, and Danitza; great-grandchildren, Cole, Zane, Roman and Athens; brother-in-law, Lamar Wade; sister-in-law, Clara McCann; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Eunice McCann; brother, Robert McCann; and sister, Martha Wade.
