Delilah Marie Sims, 47, of Russellville, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011 at her residence.
Funeral services were held Monday, Feb. 14, 2011 at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Alvin Thigpen officiating. Burial was in Tri Cities Memorial Gardens.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Sims; parents, Sylvester and Ellen Marie Michael; sisters, Betty Lewis and Helen Finch.
She is survived by her son, Warren Andrew Michael; grandsons, Ashton Michael, Austin Michael; brothers, Bobby Joe Michael, Gary Michael, Billy Michael; sister, Carolyn Collins; and several nieces and nephews.
A personal note from Mrs. Sims to her family: I would like to thank you for being a part of my family and being there when I needed you. Joe, especially you because you know what you did. I love and thank all of you. Wish I could say more, Love you.
