Thomas Dewey May, 66, of Phil Campbell, passed away Friday, Feb. 4, 2011.
The visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, at Akins Funeral Home. The body will lie-in-state one hour prior to the 2 p.m. funeral service on Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011, at Union Hill Congregational Methodist Church with Bro. Paul Cummings and Bro. Darrel Whitehead officiating. Interment will be in Union Hill Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Lona May; siblings, Hueyl May, Gene May, Odell May, Catherine Cummings; daughter-in-law, Heather May.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Frances Kinard May; children, Tammy Camp and her husband, Jerry, Timothy May; sister, Shelia Pinkard; grandchildren, Laura, Stephanie, Felicia, Sabrina, Stephen, and Scott; host of nieces and nephews.
Thomas was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother and he will be dearly missed.
