Schools remain closed Wednesday

The Russellville city and Franklin County schools will be closed Wednesday, marking the third straight day they have been forced to close due to the record breaking winter storm that dumped nine inches of snow across the area lat Sunday and Monday.  Temperatures will remain at or below freezing for the remainder of the week, so road conditions could take some time to improve.
