Mary Hamilton Hester, 94, of Russellville, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010 at Terrace Manor Nursing Home.
Graveside services were held Monday, Dec. 20, 2010 at Franklin Memory Gardens. Speaking at the service was Pete Hester. Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Veto Hester; parents, James Harvey Hamilton, Lucy P. Hamilton; full brothers and sisters, Harvey F. Hamilton, Harold G. Hamilton, Frances Allgood; half-brothers and sisters, Dr. Charles M. Hamilton, Florence Duncan, Pearl Underwood, Dr. John G. Hamilton, Fred E. Hamilton, Lena Hester and Dr. James L. Hamilton.
She is survived by her son, Pete Hester and wife, Kay, of Mobile, Ala.; grandchildren, Heidi H. Hester, William A. Hester, both of Mobile; and one brother, Dr. Ralph Hamilton and wife, Margaret, of Ashville, N.C.
