Minnie Montgomery Cansler, 69, of Phil Campbell passed away on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010 at ECM Hospital.
Mrs. Cansler was a member of Spruce Pine Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2010 at Spruce Pine Baptist Church with Bro. Jim Poss officiating. Burial was in Spruce Pine Cemetery. Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Cansler; parents, Ed and Vedear Montgomery; and sister, Wanda Montgomery.
She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Borden and husband, Steven; grandchildren, Kirsteny Faith Borden, Steven Tyler Borden; sisters, Mary Moore, Polly Shelton and friend, Dwight; brothers, E.J. Montgomery, Jimmy Montgomery and wife, Pat; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The pallbearers will be her nephews.
