Mildred V. Dobbins, 84, of Oberlin, Ohio, formerly of Russellville, passed away Monday, Nov. 8, 2010 at Allen Community Center.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

The visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010 at Akins Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, November 19, 2010 in the funeral home Chapel with Bro. Johnnie Richardson officiating.  Interment will be in Belgreen Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Willis Dobbins; daughter, Jacqulene Dobbins; parents, Walter and Annie Taylor; sister, Eunice Verlon Botkins. 

She is survived by children, Frieda Jackson and husband, Joe, Patsey Pennington and husband, Steve, Dallas Dobbins and wife, Wanda, Dennis Dobbins and wife, Gayle, Durell Dobbins and wife, Gloria; sister, Elpha Madrue Dobbins-Grinstead; 18 grandchildren; 8 great- grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
