Billy A. Reese, of Russellville, died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007 at his home.
The funeral service was held Dec. 8 at Pinkard Funeral Home with Jim Lumpkin officiating. Burial followed in Franklin Memory Gardens.
Survivors include his children, William A. Reese, of Wisconsin, Ryon S. Reese, of Wisconsin, Teresa L. Phillips, of Russellville, Charlotte Reese Green, of Russellville; grandchildren, Amanda Reese, Chris Reese, Crystal Jackson, Tyler Jackson, Heather Reese, Danielle Reese, Dylan Reese; great0grandchild, Kaleb Ryon Chetwood.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Reese.
Alton Raymond Vincent

Alton Raymond Vincent, 71, of Russellville passed away Dec. 10 at Russellville Hospital.
Funeral services will be held today, Dec. 12, at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Eddie Caskey officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Darrell Thompson, Keith Massey, George Humphries, Frank Bishop, Jimmy Speck, Bobby Vincent and Danny Vincent.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Dorothy Jane Hamilton; son, Michael Alton Vincent and wife, Tina, of Russellville; daughters, Angela Hudson and husband, Ray, of Goodlettsville, Tenn. and DeAnna Malone and husband, Tony, of Russellville; brother, Davis Vincent of Russellville; sisters, Ann McNatt and Patricia Lane, both of Russellville; five grandchildren, Matt Husdon, Will Hudson, Anthony Malone, Whitney Vincent and Jesse Vincent; a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Flora Whitlock Vincent; granddaughter, Lori Beth Hudson; brothers, Cecil, Nile, Herbert, Jerry and Rayburn Vincent; sisters, Doris Malone and Virginia Vincent.
He was a member of Russellville Church of Christ. He had worked for Ford Motor Company for 31 years as a welder. He was a member of the UAW association. After retiring, he owned and operated four boiler houses in association with Goldkist Poultry Company for 11 years.
Billie Stacy Mansell

Billie Stacy Mansell, 75, of Red Bay, passed away Dec. 6 in Leighton.
She was born May 27, 1932 in Itawamba County, Miss. to Arlin and Eula Powers Stacy. She was a homemaker and a member of Red Bay Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pat Mansell, and son-in-law, Doug Day.
Funeral services were held Dec. 8 at Deaton Funeral Home with Turner Paseur and Phillip Hathcock officiating. Burial followed in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Survivors include two sons, Tim (Melony) Mansell of Leighton and Terry (Martha) Mansell, of Red Bay; daughter, Stacy Mansell Day, of Red Bay; grandchildren, Ashley Mansell, Lance Mansell, Jared Gargis, Shara Allison, Patrick Mansell, Seth Rockwell, Jamie Day, Carrie Seahorn, Michael Day and Errin Day; two great-granddaughters, one sister-in-law, Helen (Charles) Gober, of Red Bay and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Patrick Mansell, Lance Mansell, Jason Allison, Jason Sartain, Seth Rockwell and Errin Day.
John Burns Howard

John Burns Howard, 59, of Phil Campbell, passed away Dec. 10. At UAB Hospital in Birmingham.
Mr. Howard was a lifelong resident of Franklin County. He was presently employed by TVA with 30 years of service.
Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 13 at 11 a.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville with James McCullar and Silas Oliver officiating. Burial will follow in the Blue Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Freda Jean Howard, of Phil Campbell; sons, Nickie Howard and wife, Lisa, of Hodges, Craig Howard and wife, Pam, of Russellville; daughter, Tange Oliver and husband, Shannon, of Russellville; sister, Janie Malone, of Phil Campbell; brothers, Ollie Howard, James Howard, Joe Howard, Verdo Hallman, all of Russellville; 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be his co-workers from TVA.
He was preceded in death by parents, James Huey and Flora Mae Howard.
