Haslett is still fuming over Horn's cell phone

METAIRIE, La. Joe Horn got what he wanted it. People are talking about him. And not in a good way.
In the same vein, no one is talking about the complete victory his New Orleans Saints put forth to the tune of 45-7 over the New York Giants, as the incident completely overshadowed the positive play this .500 ball club finally pieced together.
Horn pulled a cell phone from the padding around the goal post after a touchdown in the first half against the Giants in Sunday night's ESPN televised game.
Monday airwaves across the country were awash with fan and media reaction, not about the game itself, but with negative views about the premeditated cell phone celebration. It was the lead story on the Monday edition of ESPN's SportsCenter. He was later interviewed on the program.
The consensus seems clear other than a scattering of die hard Saints fans, who came out in support of the former Itawamba Community College product, Horn has been dubbed everything from classless to disrespectful of the game.
At his weekly press conference, head coach Jim Haslett reaffirmed his position for those that didn't see him reprimand the wideout on the bench after the penalty flag was thrown.
The NFL is apparently getting even more mad as the reactions rumble forth.
Reportedly, the league is considering a suspension, but a decision isn't expected to come down until Wednesday.
Haslett, who admitted what he said face-to-face to Horn Sunday night and Monday couldn't be printed, said he had no plans to fine Horn, but instead, the league will take care of that.
