Catlett, Carpenter lead at BCC;
Powell, Singley hold NCC edge

Justin Catlett and Benji Carpenter shot a 64 on Sunday to take a one-stroke lead after the second round of the Harry Lackey Memorial Day Golf Tournament at Briarwood Country Club.
Going into today's final round, Catlett and Carpenter are at 134, one stroke better than the teams of Rex Gentry and Colton Tisdale and Jack Combest and Willie Frazier. The fourth place teams are four strokes back at 139.
Winston Powell and Dan Singley hold the second-day lead in the Championship Flight of the Northwood Country Club Labor Day Tournament.
They are at 121, while Judge Little and Scott Morgan are one stroke back at 122.
Tied for third at 124 are the teams of Dan Angero and Bilbo Mitchell and Earl Aycock and Kelly Swain. The tournament wraps up with final-round play today.
