LORA DELL HARWORTH
Retired from Winn-Dixie
Services for Lora Dell Harworth will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Lewis May and Patsy Twiner officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Harworth, 75, of Meridian, died Friday, May 17, 2002, at Guardian Angel Hospice of Marion. She was a member of New Covenant United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her children, Larry James Harworth and his fiancee, Michelle Loewen, of Warren, Mich.; Sharon Louise McDonald and her fiance, Allen Wade, and Sandra Crawford and her husband, Brad, all of Meridian; a grandson, Bradley J. Crawford II; a brother, A. G. James of Morton; two sisters, Lyida Alice Burnham of Puckett; and Lillie Mae Burnham and her husband, Henry, of Fort Worth, Texas; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Swann Harworth.
The family requests memorials be made to New Covenant United Methodist Church and Guardian Angel Hospice.
Pallbearers will be Bruce Burnham, Ralph Burnham, Doug James, Travis Higginbotham, David Barr and Clennis Thompson.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Services for Ruth Carol Yarbrough will be held Tuesday at noon at New Jerusalem Baptist Church with the Rev. Edward Griffin officiating. Berry &Gardner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Yarbrough, 57, of Meridian, died Wednesday, May 15, 2002, at Riley Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, Willie James Yarbrough, and her mother, Juanita Chaney, both of Meridian; a daughter, Donna Yarbrough Harbour; two sons, Albert Lorenzo Hopson and his wife, Pat, Willie James Yarbrough Jr. and his wife Gloria, five granddaughters, Brittany Harbour, Tiffany Yarbrough and Donna Alisa Yarbrough, all of Meridian; and Tamisha Hopson and Nicole Hopson, both of Los Angeles; five grandsons, James Harbour, Terrance Harbour, James Yarbrough Jr. and Willie Lorenzo Yarbrough, all of Meridian; and Albert Hopson Jr. of Los Angeles; eight sisters, Ruby Helen Rush and her husband, Phillip, Patricia Newell and her husband, Bobby, Rose Mary Burge and her husband, Charles, Anita Harris and her husband, Jimmy, Latrice Chaney, Torie Chaney and Lorraine Gordon and her husband, Fred, all of Meridian; and Tenia Hill and her husband, Demetrius of Pearl; nine brothers, James Lewis and his wife, Debbie, John Lewis, Billy Lewis, Casey Burge, and Barry Burge, all of Meridian; Demetri Chaney and his wife, Eutiha, of Tupelo; Joe Parker and his wife, Pinky, Teddy Parker and Jerry Parker all of Los Angeles; a loving step-mother, Vera Parker of Los Angeles; five aunts, Betsy Blanks, Carrie Love and Janie Camper, all of Bailey; Lilly D. Floyd and Janet Roberts, both of Racine, Wis.; three uncles, Charlie Parker and Dan Parker Jr., both of Los Angeles; and Johnny Roberts of Racine; two great-uncles, Rufus Wooten and his wife, Gladys, of Shucktown; and Marshall Griffin of Meridian; one great-aunt, Gerdie Wooten of Chicago; her best friend, Helena Clark and her husband, Joe, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father.
PATRICIA G. SCOTT
Services for Patricia G. Scott will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Trinity Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Barham Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Scott, 80, of Meridian, died Saturday, May 18, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Visitation will be held Monday from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service at the church.

Arrangements were incomplete at E.E. McDonald Funeral Home for Phillip W. Norris, 45, of Philadelphia, who died Thursday, May 16, 2002, at his home.
