FCSO arrests two for meth
According to reports from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, two Phil Campbell men have been arrested after deputies located them with a methamphetamine manufacturing lab.
According to the FCSO, Robert Dewayne Harp, 48, Phil Campbell, was charged with two counts manufacturing of a controlled substance, one count first degree and one count second degree; Robert Eaves, 31, Phil Campbell, was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, second degree.
According to officials, officers found several old, used meth labs at Eaves’ residence as well as items used to manufacture.
