Charles Kenneth Ozbirn

Charles Kenneth Ozbirn, 74, passed away March 30 at Generations of Red Bay. He was born in Vina to Robert Dale Ozbirn and Verda Mae Swindle Ozbirn. He worked as a welder and was a member of Atwood Baptist Church.

Services were held April 2 at noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. Ray Kirk officiating. Burial was in Berry Cemetery, Vina.

Survivors are two sons, Craig Ozbirn and wife Patricia of Vina and David Ozbirn and wife Shelley of Belmont, Miss.; three grandchildren, Robert Ozbirn and wife Jessica, Lisa Ozbirn and Tony Ozbirn; and one great-granddaughter, Aubrey Ozbirn.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Faye Ozbirn; a daughter, Karen Ozbirn; his parents; and two brothers, Wayne Ozbirn and Steve Ozbirn.

Pallbearers were Michael Moomaw, Robert Ozbirn, L.V. Russell and Tony Ozbirn.

Visitation was April 1, 6-9 p.m., at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay.
